Roro is 2!  I wasn't really sure what kind of birthday party to have because he wasn't really into any characters or themes. I wanted to do something different so I decided a 90's Hip hop theme would be fun especially since most of the guests that were coming were adults. The decorations were really fun and easy.   Printable: I made a bunch of cute signs and printed them out to hang up and put in frames around the house and outside for decorations.   I also picked up some party banners from party city and a foil #2 balloon.
